About Prisca

Prisca is a dancer, performer, and choreographer based in North Carolina. Specializing in jazz and contemporary, she has honed her craft over the years, developing a unique style and passion for movement that she now brings to the stage and beyond. As she prepares to graduate this spring from East Carolina University with a degree in Dance Performance and Choreography, Prisca is extremely excited about what her future holds. Not only is she a dancer, but Prisca is also an ACE Certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, IFTA Mat Pilates instructor, and BXR instructor, adding a versatile and well-rounded approach to her skill set.

This summer, Prisca is set to expand her horizons even further. She will spend the first part of the summer in Nairobi, Kenya, working with Artists for Africa and Dance Center Kenya. For about six weeks, she will teach at local schools and lend her support behind the scenes for their production of Annie. This experience will allow her to share her expertise while learning from a new cultural environment. In the second half of the summer, Prisca will attend the Gus Giordano Pre-Professional Summer Intensive in Chicago for three weeks. There, she will have the opportunity to train with renowned guest artists and performers and will conclude the program with a performance to showcase her skills and progress.

Excited for what lies ahead, Prisca looks forward to continuing her journey as a performer, educator, and passionate advocate for dance. She aims to inspire and guide the next generation of dancers while continuing to pursue her own artistic growth in both performance and choreography.
